Overload Trainer is a workout tracking app that generates personalized programs based on progressive overload. The app provides recommendations for guidance only and does not replace professional health advice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription from the App Store settings. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
Apple HealthKit integration is optional. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by HealthKit. Enabling or disabling HealthKit does not affect the core functionality of the app.
The exercises and programs provided are for informational purposes only. Consult a doctor before starting any training program. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from performing the exercises.
Overload Trainer is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results. In no event shall we be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the app.
The app, its design, its algorithms, and its content are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
